Common questions about setting up cleaning services with us

• We will provide all the quality products needed  for your home, ensuring a safe and exceptional clean every time. We are happy to use products you may have at your request but it will not affect pricing.

•  Our color coded cleaning cloths are cleaned and sanitized prior to being used in your home.  We also use paper towels that we provide. 

• We are slowly implementing a new vacuum policy.  Currently, we can provide a clean vacuum  for your cleaning if you do not have a reliable working one. We will request you purchase one or more depending on the size of the home.  We can provide suggestions for brands we prefer to use.

• We will then set up a free consultation where we visit your home and talk about your cleaning expectations.

• We then will give you a price for the first cleaning.  After the first cleaning we will give a price on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings for you to pick what you would like. 

• We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle at this time. 

• There are no cancellation fees however please let us know as soon as possible if an emergency cancelation is needed. 

• Repeated last minute cancellations will be subject to discontinuation of services. 

• Services that are considered not standard routine are subject to a fee.

  These services may include:

- bed sheet changes

- cleaning of inside refrigerator or oven

-laundry

-organizing

-cleaning of blinds (mini blinds will only be lightly dusted due to breaking easily) 

- any other cleaning requests

No!  We do not require a service agreement to start services.  You may start and stop services at any time. We also reserve the right to not provide services based on our discretion .

After the free consultation of your home we base our price for your job based on the following criteria  ...

• pets

Prices are subject to change if we see that conditions have changed or different non standard cleaning  requests added.

We do not provide clean out services and will not accept jobs with hazardous conditions
